How is Takadar priced?
Per student, per month. You are billed for students who are actively enrolled that month, so a school that shrinks pays less the following month without renegotiating anything.
Do we still pay during the holidays?
Yes — it is a twelve-month subscription, and the platform does not stop working when the term does. Results processing, transcripts, next-term admissions, fee arrears and your full student record stay live through the break. Paying twelve months up front takes 15% off the published rate, which we confirm in writing before your first invoice.
What does that come to per year?
Multiply the monthly rate by 12. Standard at ₦200 per student per month is ₦2,400 per student per year, and the estimate below shows the full figure for your enrolment. Competitors often quote per term, so compare on the annual number.
Do I pay for students who leave mid-year?
No. Billing counts actively enrolled students each month. Students who graduate or transfer drop off the next invoice automatically.
Is there a minimum charge?
Our published minimum is ₦9,000 per month. Below roughly 90 students the per-student rate does not cover onboarding and support, so very small schools are quoted the minimum instead. An estimate. We confirm your rate in writing before your first invoice.
What happens when my school grows?

Parents use the parent portal to see fees, attendance and results. SMS is on the roadmap and is not live yet.
